10ft Small Food Trailer Features

Inside this small mobile food trailer, you'll find a fully-equipped commercial kitchen insulated with black cotton for comfort and easy-to-clean XPS walls and ceilings. All of the fixtures and equipment are made to high restaurant quality and standards for durability, including 201 stainless steel work benches with cabinets, a two-compartment water sink, and a one-meter commercial range hood. The non-slippery floor ensures safety in a compact space.
 

 

The mobile food trailer features a salad prep fridge, which is fixed next to the front work table. This fridge has 12 small compartments at the top for refrigerating ingredients at a temperature ranging from 0-10℃, and an extra fridge with a large capacity for storage. With the salad prep fridge, all ingredients are stored within easy reach, allowing you to create fresh salads on the spot and display a cooking show for your customers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

In addition to the salad prep fridge, this mobile kitchen is also equipped with a commercial ice cream machine fixed on the rear countertop. This countertop equipment allows you to make delicious soft-serve ice cream within 20 minutes, which can be topped with a variety of flavors and toppings. And if you want to add even more variety to your cold treats, a blizzard machine is also available, allowing you to create unique milkshakes and slushies that will keep your customers coming back for more.

 

 

 

 

This small food trailer also features a stainless steel gas grill connected to the gas piping inside the trailer.
