The commercial-grade kitchen equipment and cooking appliances make the BBQ trailer possible to provide freshly prepared food even without a commissary. The trailer itself is essentially a commissary kitchen. Stainless steel worktables, a fire suppression system, ventilation, storage cabinets, gas stove, cooking appliances, air conditioning... you name it, the food trailer has it. Food can be prepared, cooked, and kept warm until sold. There's plenty of refrigeration and storage space for cooking tools, supplies, and anything else necessary. For cleanliness, pressurized hot water, and compliant sinks are available. The included NSF-certified 3-compartment water sink and the hand sink will surely satisfy health inspectors in any state.
