After a month of work, our food trailer design team unveiled the 9ft ice cream vending trailer that perfectly met Jameson's specific demands. This 9*7ft trailer was custom-built based on the roundtop concession trailer model. Its appearance boasts a cute and elegant aesthetic, making it a seamless fit for various occasions, ranging from rustic-themed weddings to lively birthday parties. To capture Jameson's preferred style and vibe, we meticulously painted the trailer in a captivating color scheme.

 

 

The side of the ice cream vending trailer features a large cut as a concession opening, complemented by a hydraulic window. This thoughtfully engineered feature allows Jameson to effortlessly serve his delectable ice cream treats through the window, creating a delightful experience for customers.

 

 

This ice cream vending trailer was built in compliance with the standards and regulations in Australia, thanks to Jameson's efforts in consulting with local authorities. Of course, we did a lot as well. Our team sourced the required components and trailer accessories, such as electrical sockets, ADR tail lights, and wiring, and installed them properly.

 

The interior has a U-shaped workbench, customized to maximize the workspace. The bench features a seamless stainless steel countertop and backsplash that offer both practicality and protection. Moreover, our team installed a 3-compartment water sink, ensuring that the necessary sanitation requirements are met. The flooring, designed to be non-slippery, guarantees a safe working environment even during the busiest hours of operation. Easy-to-clean walls were carefully implemented, simplifying maintenance.

 

 

No ice cream vending trailer would be complete without ample storage for frozen delights. Our team expertly incorporated a commercial chest freezer near the rear workbench, providing Jameson with a capacious and well-organized storage solution. This freezer offers the perfect environment to preserve and showcase his mouthwatering assortment of ice cream, popsicles, and gelato.
