Our client sought something different, a concept that would stand out and offer a better experience. His vision was twofold: to transcend conventional food concession stands and to have a setup that would not only be more efficient but also easy to set up and move.

 

Solution: 10ft Custom mobile Beverage Trailer

Our design team joined forces with the client to bring their vision to life—transforming a 10ft box trailer into a fully equipped beverage bar primed for outdoor settings. This innovative configuration created a self-contained workspace impervious to the elements. Inside the trailer, we put in all the kitchen stuff we needed, just like a bar counter, to make tasty drinks. It's like having a little kitchen on wheels!

 

 

- Beverage Trailer for Outdoor Settings

Thinking about how this setup would stay outside in the strong sun for a long time, we made a few changes to the design. The goal was to make sure it doesn't just make money, but also gives a nice and comfortable place to work during Michigan's hot summers:

• Large Concession Window: First up, we built this drink trailer from scratch. We cut a big opening on one side for people to order, and installed sliding windows. When the opening is open, it acts as an awning that provides shade for customers waiting during the summer days. The glass of these windows has good thermal performance.
• Extra Window for Ventilation: There is a small window at the side of the trailer.
• Insulation: Aiming to shield the interior from the scorching external temperatures, we fortified the trailer's interior and exterior walls, as well as its ceiling, with a layer of cotton insulation. This insulation acts as a resilient barrier against the relentless outdoor heat, ensuring a comfortable working environment for staff.
• Air conditioning: The beverage trailer is equipped with an air conditioner. This addition creates a cool workspace, even in the scorching summer afternoons.

 

 

- Unique Trailer Design

The entire drink trailer is covered in graphics designed by our team specifically for our client's juice business. On it, you'll find elements like the client's brand, logo, services, phone number, and social media links. We've woven all these elements in a special way into the design of the trailer. This way, it becomes a powerful tool for spreading the word and catching everyone's attention.

 

- High Mobility

When it comes to mobility, this custom mobile beverage trailer has unique features that set it apart from regular concession stands:

• Strong and Secure Base: The entire beverage bar stands on a heavy-duty trailer chassis. This chassis has special things like a tow bar, trailer coupler, hitch ball, and safety chain. These are all parts that help connect the trailer safely to any vehicle. So, any vehicle can easily pull this small beverage trailer and move it around without any worries.
• Light and Strong Walls: The outside walls of the trailer are made from something called XPS foam, so the structure is much lighter than its full steel counterparts. Even with all the kitchen stuff inside, the trailer's total weight is only 650kg. That's like a normal SUV being able to take this special trailer to its destination without any trouble.
• Additional Add-ons: The trailer also has a stainless steel generator box and two holders for propane gas tanks. These things help safely house the energy sources for the mobile beverage trailer.

Inside the drink trailer, we worked on a bunch of things (like connecting wires, laying pipes, putting in the floor, and setting up kitchen stuff and devices). We made it just like a real drink shop that you'd see in a building. When you take a look inside, here's what you'll find:
