Our Collaboration Begins...

At a sour cherry plantation nestled in the heart of Croatia, Denis, the owner, has been producing an array of quality brandy, liqueurs, and juices, and his products have garnered local acclaim. Then, the desire to expand beyond the traditional brick-and-mortar sales approach led Denis to seek innovative solutions. Denis planned on taking his products to local concerts, markets, and events where the demand is. He knew that a food truck, though popular, often came with limitations of size, hindering access to some venues. What he really wanted was a portable and unique solution to bring his creations closer to customers

It was this vision that paved the path for our collaboration. With our shared passion for innovation and a profound understanding of Denis's requirements, our food trailer design team set out to create something beyond a regular concession trailer—a bespoke 13ft Airstream Bar based on the 1964 Classic Airstream.

13ft Airstream Bar Build on 1964 Classic Airstream

When Denis came across our website, he was immediately captivated by our Airstream replication services, particularly designed to cater to customers seeking a unique and effective mobile food and beverage sales solution. The core of this service revolves around providing crafted replicas of the iconic Airstream trailers, renowned for their gleaming silver exterior skin and distinctive rounded shape. Unlike Airstream conversions, our approach involves constructing these concession trailers from scratch using new components while preserving the original Airstream design. This process ensures that the trailers comply with all local standards and regulations for food sales, making them fully legal for registration and operation in food and beverage businesses.

Denis was particularly drawn to the SS400 model, which is an impeccable replica of the 1964 classic Airstream. Measuring 4*2 meters, this Airstream features a sleek and glossy stainless-steel body that exudes an aura of sophistication and modernness. A concession window is cut on one side of the trailer to provide sufficient space for serving. Denis was enamored by this model and decided to customize it slightly to build it into the perfect mobile sales point that fits his unique brand and vision.

• Modern Trailer Interior with Commercial Kitchen Equipment: The airstream trailer is created as a compact bar that offers fast services. It is equipped with necessary stainless steel kitchen equipment with easy-to-clean and non-porous surfaces. Stay efficient while maintaining a high standard of hygiene.
• Optimal Workspace Layout: The workbenches are fixed against the walls to maximize the utilization of interior space. They offer spacious areas for serving and preparation. You can serve more than 5 guests at the same time without compromising on the quality of your service.
• 2 Compartment Water Sink: The bar is equipped with a stainless steel water sink, coupled with a hot/cold water faucet, a water pump, and 60L stainless steel water tanks.
• Sufficient Refrigeration: The 13ft airstream bar trailer has ample refrigeration space for all kinds of drinks.
• 220V/50Hz Outlets for Additional Appliances: There are many standard power outlets near the workbenches, providing easy access for plugging into appliances.
• 7.5kW Diesel Generator: The airstream bar trailer is energy self-sufficient with a heavy-duty generator to consistently power the appliances and components in the trailer. The generator is housed in a stainless steel generator box.

• 288L Commercial Beverage Cooler: Equipped with five adjustable shelves, the commercial beverage cooler is designed to accommodate various bottle sizes and shapes. This feature allows Denis to elegantly display his extensive collection of premium liqueurs and spirits. With a precise temperature control system, the cooler ensures that every beverage is served at its optimal temperature, enhancing the drinking experience for its customers.
• Commercial Ice Maker: The Airstream Bar is equipped with a commercial ice maker capable of producing up to 40 kilograms of ice per day. The 13-liter ice storage bin ensures a steady supply of ice for cocktail preparation and beverage chilling.
