Structure and Material of Mobile Food Trailer Part 2
The importance of the body structure and materials of the mobile food trailer cannot be ignored. They are directly related to the service life and quality of the trailer. If the quality is not good, it will be difficult to withstand long-distance movement under load, such as a two-hour drive.
In the previous article, we introduced the body structure and materials of some models of mobile food trailers, including 220 series food trailer, R series food trailer, Airstream Food Trailer, Boat type food trailer, Extruded board square food trailer and Cold plate square food trailer. In this article, we will also introduce the FQ simple series, the coffee trailer CR series and the diamond trailer FL series of mobile food trailers.
FQ Simple Series
Inside Wall: 3.5mm thickness aluminum plastic board (the back working
bench is with a height of 30cm, 1.0mm thickness stainless steel panel), 25mm
thickness black insulation cotton, 8mm thickness wooden sheet.
External Wall: 1.2mm cold rolled steel plate.
Working Table: 1.0mm thickness stainless steel & 8mm thickness wooden board.
Corridor: 1.0mm thickness galvanized sheet, 8mm wooden board & 1.5mm non-slip aluminum sheet.
Coffee Trailer CR Series
Inside Wall: 3.5mm thickness aluminum plastic board (the back working
