Chassis

l High-quality galvanized square tubes and plates are used to build chassis,full welding insure the chassis strong enough, the overall service life increase 25%.

l Dimension of galvanized square tube :100*50*4mm + 60*40*2mm.

l Suspension components: 5-leaf springs with axle; treated with rust resistant protective coating; load-bearing 3500pound per axle

l The Traction Rod made of oblique type galvanized square tube ,it is solid,safety and long life.Withstand maximum traction of 3,500 pounds.Maximum speed 80KM/H.

Body

l The body frame is welded by galvanized square tubes,rust proof ,solid .

l External wall is high quality stainless steel or painted color steel plate.

l Middle layer is 3cm heat insulation.

l Internal wall is High quality color steel plate.(stainless steel wall can be customized)

l One service(sales) window in front (sliding window with canopy customized),one door (70cm wide)with lock.Extend stainless workbench by the service window.

l 4 strong jacks under the chassis that can help the trailer stand when working or stop.

l All the sharp parts of the body are covered with aluminum alloy, make the trailer beautiful and safety enough.

l Led lights on the ceiling.Water-proof and rain-proof tested to ensure that there is no any leakage before delivery.

Flooring

l 3 layers: 2mm anti-skid embossed aluminum+10mm plywood + galvanized sheet.

l Come with drain on the ground ,it is convenient for cleaning and washing.

l 1,2 and 3 water sinks , hot and cold water taps.(customized)

l A fresh water tank, a waste water tank (25L/tank standard)(can be customized)

l Come with12V mini water pump and on/off control switch.

Electricity system:

l High-power distribution box added with safety switch + external cables, connection for city electricity is available.Come with tail light system, 7-pin socket prepared.

l Different kinds of standard sockets can be installed.Cable layout as need.

Work benches:

l Stainless steel work benches on both sides, W*H: 450*900mm or 600*900mm,the height and width are adjustable to meet the cooking equipment and machines.

l 2 layers stainless cupboard under the workbench.the sliding door can be customized.
